Dialektmusikfestival mundARTgerecht in Längenfeld 13. September

Wir, das sind "Dieter Oberkofler und Freunde", spielen im "Restaurant Alt Längenfeld" abwechselnd mit den Holzbläser der Landesmusikschule Längenfeld.

Beginn so ab Mittag bis 18 Uhr.

  Workshop/rehearsels and a final concert.
• Carlton Homes : jazz blues and the clave, was less clave but more about the differen feels of jazz, blues and latin music and the idea to use foreign feelings in a solo.
  Then again the feel might be the basis for the styles clave.
• Rats: I missed bandworkshop masterclass por che ne trio.

Usually dense worktime, coolest grooves and inspiring leader.
The workshop ends with a workshop concert on august 1.

And there are other workshops at this and the following two weekends.

But most likely I will be at Jazz, Blues and the Clave - Carlton Homes 



The festival is on august 6, 7 and 8.

new tool - saute

a new tool in the kitchen: the blue saute pan

from wikipedia: Sautéing (from the French sauté, lit. "jumped, bounced" in reference to tossing while cooking)^[1] is a method of cooking food, that uses a small amount of oil or fat in a shallow pan over relatively high heat.

 

actually tossing this pan is ... requires more musclepower than i have, so make it stirring

Probe by heart - language view

In der Musikschule und angelehnten Workshops, höre ich immer die Forderung an Sänger, das Stück auswendig zu lernen.
Ein Argument heute war, weil es jedesmal besser wird, und sie dann nicht mit Noten- und Textlesen beschäftigt sind.
Das stimmt, Wiederholung führt üblicherweise/hoffentlich zu Verbesserung. Aber das Ablehnen von Arbeitshilfen macht eine komplexe Aufgabe nicht einfacher.

English is better here, in contrast to rehearsel/Probe where german is more mine.

This is correct, repetition usually/hopefully leads to improvement. But rejecting work aids, does not make a complex task easier.

Learn by heart instead of auswendig.

The music is ... nice, a little antique ... but anything else is wrong as can be.

I assume the genre is splatterless horror movie. Otherwise the members of the jury and sundance festival definately need guidance, much much guidance, no pity, but a lot of compassion.

looking for something he wants "charlie parker" here.
most of the time this is what he would like to be, but failed to achieve.
thereby missing out what he got, for example any "ornette coleman" would get unnoticed, most likely would die.
